Our Services
Through a series of 1:1 sessions, you will get personalized coaching that includes review of your aptitudes and values assessments, exercises to help deepen and enhance understanding of what these assessments mean and opportunities to explore future decision making to incorporate this new found knowledge. Skills based work around developing leadership skills, decision making, managing stress and giving/receiving feedback can also be incorporated into the coaching sessions.
With a small group of peers, take 4 hours to explore your values and aptitudes, learn about what they mean and how they relate to opportunities around you and explore how to integrate this knowledge into your life. This is a rare chance to explore what makes you unique and to find ways to align your decision making with this knowledge. This can include decisions about education, location, career and more.
These day-long (8 hour) sessions allow families to explore together. Each participant has an opportunity to take the values and aptitudes assessments and then, together, we explore what these mean and how to incorporate this knowledge into future decision making. Previous attendees have described the learnings as giving them a new insight and awareness into what makes their family members “tick” with increased understanding and respect for their differences and ways these can be collectively beneficial to the family.
